Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Financial Advisors while driving life insurance sales and achieving business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and build a team of Financial Advisors/Agents
- Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales goals
- Generate life insurance business through the advisor network
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Ensure quality customer service and business growth
- EligibilityMinimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing/Insurance/BFSI
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Graduation preferred
