Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to handle 360-degree daily store operations Maharashtra locations. In this role, you will supervise junior store staff, maintain inventory and stock control, drive daily sales targets, and coordinate directly with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• 360° Store Operations: Manage daily opening/closing procedures, appointment scheduling, and visual store standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide junior employees and sales executives, assign daily tasks, and manage shift rosters.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee stock receiving, track inventory levels, and conduct regular audits to prevent stock-outs or leakage.
• Sales Target Execution: Partner with the sales team to track daily targets, drive conversion rates, and supervise customer follow-ups (WhatsApp/Phone).
• Senior Management Liaison: Act as the primary link between floor staff and senior leadership, reporting daily KPIs and operational updates.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a high-touch, consultative client experience and handle escalated customer queries professionally.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations and retail managerial experience.
• Core Skills: Team management, inventory tracking, daily target execution, and operational coordination.
• Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory (Knowledge of local language is a plus).
• Work Schedule: Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends, and closing shifts (1 rotational week-off per week).
