Salary: ₹22,000 per month

Job SummaryOla Electric is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to manage customer interactions, coordinate vehicle servicing, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and record customer concerns accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repair.
• Explain service details, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle service status.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time after quality checks.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain service records and follow company SOPs.
• Promote value-added services and warranty programs when applicable.
• EligibilityEducation: Below 12th / 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
• Experience in automobile, EV, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic understanding of two-wheelers or electric vehicles.
• Teamwork and coordination.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and work in a service environment.

Salary: ₹22,000 per month
