Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
  • Explain courses, programs, and services to prospective students.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain lead and sales records.
  • Build strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Sales/telecalling experience preferred.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.
  • Stock market/education industry experience is a plus.
