Job Description

Hamein apne yahan ke liye ek active, presentable aur well-mannered Front Desk Staff ki zaroorat hai. Aapka main role aane wale guests ko smile ke sath greet karna, unki help karna, phone calls attend karna, aur administrative tasks ko sambhalna hoga. Agar aapki communication skills achhi hain aur aap customer handling mein mahir hain, toh aap is job ke liye perfectly fit hain.




📋 Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां)



1. Guest Relations & Welcome (मेहमानों का स्वागत)

  • Greeting Guests: Aane wale har guest, customer ya client ka warm welcome karna aur unhe sahi department ya person tak guide karna.
  • Inquiry Handling: Guests ke sawaalon (queries) ka politely aur accurately jawab dena, chahe wo face-to-face ho ya phone par.
  • Visitor Register: Aane-jaane wale logo ka record (visitor logbook ya system mein) maintain karna.
