Job Description

Position: Operational E-commerce Executive (Full-Time)


Key Responsibilities:  Manage daily order processing and scheduling.  Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.  Update inventory across marketplaces regularly.  Create and manage product listings.  Optimize listings for better visibility and conversions.  File return, refund, and claim requests on marketplaces.  Coordinate with courier and warehouse operations.  Monitor stock levels and prevent inventory mismatches.  Maintain accurate order and inventory records.  Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.


Job Nature:

 50% Physical Work: Order handling, packing, inventory management, warehouse coordination.

 50% Technical Work: Listings, optimization, return claim filing, inventory updates, marketplace operations on Amazon Flipkart Meesho etc..
