• Experience Required:Minimum 6 Months of Field Sales Experience
• Experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Banking, CASA, Loans, Mutual Funds, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, or Direct Sales preferred.
• Qualification:Graduate in Any Discipline
• Job Responsibilities:Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Develop and manage a productive advisor network.
• Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
• Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Support advisors in lead generation and policy conversion.
• Build strong relationships with customers and advisors.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
• Conduct local marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain sales reports and business compliance.
