Relationship Manager - Retail
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Find and onboard new retail clients by building trust and following banking compliance rules like KYC (Know Your Customer).
- Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail clients to increase wallet share and account balances.
- Financial Advisory: Assess client financial goals and recommend suitable banking, lending, investment, or insurance products.
- Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation: Promote bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and wealth management solutions.
- Customer Support & Retention: Resolve daily service queries, handle issues swiftly, and ensure long-term client loyalty.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal operations, sales, and risk teams to deliver smooth customer service.
