Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, team handling, and logistics coordination. This role requires a hands-on approach, including warehouse activities and field visits whenever required.

Key Responsibilities· Manage inventory operations, including inward and outward stock movement, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.

· Maintain proper stock records and ensure systematic inventory mapping.

· Plan and assign shift rosters for Drivers, Pickers, and Refillers to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Supervise warehouse staff and drive operational efficiency.

· Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely dispatches and replenishments.

· Support warehouse operations through hands-on involvement in picking and refilling activities.

· Visit client/college locations for operational support, audits, and issue resolution as needed.

· Ensure adherence to company processes, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications· 1–2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Store Operations.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

· Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, or Logistics warehouse operations will be preferred.

· Good team management and coordination skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

· Flexible and willing to work extended hours based on business requirements.

· Highly motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented mindset.

· Comfortable performing both managerial and operational responsibilities.

Driving Requirement· Valid driving license is mandatory.

· Minimum 3–4 years of experience driving Tata Ace or other commercial 3-wheeler vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits· Salary: ₹30,000 per month (Contract Basis)

· Working Hours: Flexible Shift (Minimum 10 Hours)
