Job Description
Job Title: Steward / Waiter
Job Description:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service counters.
- Clear and reset tables after customers leave.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure timely order delivery.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations as required.
