About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Visa Counsellor to join our team. This role is central to guiding and assisting clients through the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and successful journey. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.

Guide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and academic programs.

Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and application deadlines.

Assist students with the complete university application process, including document preparation and submission.

Review and verify documents such as academic transcripts, statements of purpose (SOPs), letters of recommendation (LORs), resumes, and passports.

Provide guidance on English proficiency tests or other required entrance exams.

Coordinate with university admission teams and follow up on application status.

Counsel students regarding scholarships, education loans, and financial planning for studying abroad.

Assist students in the student visa application process, including documentation and interview preparation.

Provide pre-departure guidance covering accommodation, travel, health insurance, and cultural orientation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Type: Fixed + Incentive
• Fixed Salary: No Bar for right candidate
• Average Incentive: ₹20,000 or more per month
• Earning Potential: Excellent monthly earning potential based on performance.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Graduate
• English Level Required: Good English
• Total Experience: Experienced Only
• Minimum Experience: 2+ Year (in a similar counselling or customer-facing role is preferred)
