*Job Summary*

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide clients through visa application procedures, documentation, and application follow-ups. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to explain visa processes clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility, and application procedures.

Understand clients’ travel, study, work, or immigration requirements.

Explain documentation requirements and assist with application forms.

Check supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate visa appointments and follow up on pending documents.

Maintain client records and update application status.

Respond to client queries professionally and promptly.

Stay updated on visa rules and application procedures using official sources.

Maintain client confidentiality and provide accurate information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service and counselling abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email and MS Office.

Attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Knowledge of visa procedures is an advantage.

Experience

Freshers with good communication skills may apply. Candidates with prior experience in visa counselling, travel consultancy, or immigration services will be preferred.
