Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer with a passion for artisanal crafts, handloom textiles, and fabric innovation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing unique fabric designs, surface patterns, prints, textures, and color stories inspired by traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design trends. The role involves collaborating with artisans, production teams, and merchandisers to create distinctive textile products that blend creativity, cultural heritage, and market appeal while meeting quality and customer requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate original textile prints, patterns, and fabric designs.
• Develop color palettes and design concepts based on market trends.
• Use design software to create and modify artwork.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate design execution.
• Research fashion and textile trends to develop new collections.
• Prepare design presentations and samples.
• Work closely with buyers, merchandisers, and manufacturers.
• Ensure designs meet quality and brand standards.
• RequirementsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics, colors, and printing techniques.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
