Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesTender Identification & MonitoringMonitor government procurement portals, e-tender websites, GeM, CPPP, state procurement portals, and other public-sector tender platforms.
  • Identify relevant tender opportunities aligned with CKS's business objectives.
  • Maintain a database of upcoming, active, and awarded tenders.
  • Track bid deadlines, pre-bid meetings, and submission schedules.
  • Tender Preparation & SubmissionReview tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
  • Prepare complete tender documentation, including technical, commercial, and compliance submissions.
  • Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, finance, legal, and project teams to gather required information.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids through online and offline tendering platforms.
  • Prepare EMD, tender fees, bid securities, and supporting documentation.
  • Compliance ManagementVerify compliance with tender eligibility requirements.
  • Prepare compliance matrices and supporting documents.
  • Maintain statutory documents such as:
  • Company Registration Certificates
  • GST Registration
  • PAN Card
  • MSME Certificates
  • ISO Certifications
  • Financial Statements
  • Experience Certificates
  • OEM Authorizations
  • Performance Certificates
  • GeM Portal ManagementManage and maintain company registrations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
  • Upload products, services, and catalog information.
  • Participate in GeM bids, reverse auctions, and direct procurement opportunities.
  • Coordinate order processing and documentation for GeM contracts.
  • Coordination & Follow-UpAttend pre-bid meetings and clarification sessions.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, government departments, and procurement authorities.
  • Follow up on bid evaluations, technical clarifications, and award notifications.
  • Support contract finalization and post-award documentation.
  • Documentation & ReportingMaintain organized records of all submitted tenders and supporting documents.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly tender activity reports.
  • Track bid success rates and analyze tender outcomes.
  • Maintain a repository of standard tender documents and templates.
  • Post-Award SupportCoordinate contract documentation and project handover to execution teams.
  • Assist with performance guarantees, bank guarantees, and contract compliance requirements.
  • Support invoice submission and payment follow-ups where required.
