Job Description
Tender Executive – Solar EPC
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track solar EPC tenders from government and private clients.
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with technical, finance and sales teams for tender requirements.
- Review tender eligibility, BOQ, EMD, PBG and other documentation.
- Maintain tender records, submission status and follow-ups.
- Support in e-tendering portals, bid preparation and post-tender documentation.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- Experience in Solar EPC / Electrical / Infrastructure tendering preferred.
- Knowledge of tender portals, BOQ and basic commercial documentation.
- Good MS Office and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
