Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to students and prospective leads to understand their course interests and career goals.
  2. Explain relevant courses, benefits, and learning opportunities clearly and professionally.
  3. Generate and qualify leads by engaging students and convincing them to visit the branch for counselling.
  4. Schedule walk-in appointments and coordinate with counsellors for smooth lead handover.
  5. Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status updates in the CRM/assigned system.
