π About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling customer interactions, converting leads, and coordinating the complete process for loan and insurance products.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales passion, and the ability to build customer relationships over calls and follow-ups.
- π― Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through telecalling, references, and lead follow-ups
- Explain loan and insurance products to customers in a professional manner
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products
- Convert leads into successful business closures
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners for processing cases
- Maintain proper customer records and follow-up data
- Handle end-to-end processing of loan and insurance applications
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business
- Ensure timely documentation and smooth customer onboarding
- Work closely with internal teams for faster approvals and disbursements

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, or financial products preferred
- Experience in tele sales, sales, DSA, BFSI, or customer handling will be an advantage
- Ability to work on targets and business goals
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills preferred
