Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Explain products/services and resolve customer queries.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
