Telesales Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain loan products and their features clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads for Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Machinery Loans, MSME Loans, Working Capital Finance, and Unsecured OD.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
• Follow up with interested customers until the application process is completed.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and the internal processing team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Required QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or loan sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
• Ability to work under sales targets.
