Position: Telemarketing Executive

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Experience: 06months –3 Years (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
Industry Preference: EdTech / Education / BPO / Sales
Role OverviewAerostar Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives who can convert leads into admissions through effective communication, follow-ups, and counselling.
This is a revenue-generating role, where your primary goal is to guide students, build trust, and drive course enrollments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with assigned leads (inbound + outbound)
- Explain courses (Cabin Crew, Airport Management, Hospitality) clearly and confidently
- Understand student needs and recommend the right program
- Handle objections and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain daily follow-ups and nurturing cycles
- Update CRM with accurate call details and status
- Coordinate with the Telemarketing Manager for performance improvement
- Maintain call quality, professionalism, and discipline
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets
- KPIs (What You Will Be Measured On)Number of calls made & connected
- Lead to admission conversion rate
- Daily follow-up completion
- Talk time & engagement quality
- Revenue contribution (admissions closed)
- CRM accuracy & updates
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi + Basic English required)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
- Confidence in handling calls and objections
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Discipline and consistency in follow-ups
