Telecalling Executive

Key Tasks:

• Answering farmer inquiries from Facebook/YouTube.
• Explaining seed features (like Tuvar or Bajra) over the phone.
• Collecting basic information (Name, Village, Crop interest) and passing it onward.
• Tracking seed stock levels and managing dispatch/delivery schedules to distributors.
• Collecting daily sales reports from the field staff (and ensuring they post them!).
• Updating the CRM or Google Sheets with master dealer lists.
• Handling billing, documentation, or licensing paperwork|
• Dealer & Distributor Network Support and Internal Field Staff (RSMs/ASMs).
