Telecalling Executive

Looking for a Technical Calling Executive to connect with potential partners, agencies, and clients, explain our Tender Alert Platform, provide online product demonstrations, and assist in agency onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and agencies.
• Explain Tendingo products and services professionally.
• Conduct online demos and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Assist in agency registration and onboarding processes.
• Maintain call records and customer information in the system.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and online meeting tools.
• Ability to learn software features and explain them to customers.
• Sales or telecalling experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of CRM/software platforms is an advantage.
