Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of agricultural products. The role involves connecting with distributors, dealers, retailers, and wholesalers to promote and sell bulk agricultural inputs such as Humic Acid, Fulvic Acid, Amino Acid Fertilizers, and other agro products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and prior experience in tele sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact distributors, dealers, retailers, and wholesalers over the phone to generate sales.
• Promote and explain the benefits of agricultural products.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele Sales or B2B Sales (Mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
