Telecalling Executive

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and lead generation.

Visit customers regularly and develop strong business relationships.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Prepare quotations and follow up until order confirmation.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with the Accounts, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Maintain daily visit reports and sales reports in Zoho Books/CRM (if applicable).

Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

Follow up for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.

Represent the company professionally during meetings and exhibitions.
