Telecalling Executive

What You'll Do

• Call property owners, builders, and brokers to verify property availability and details
• Collect and update property information (location, size, price, status) accurately in our system
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with contacts
• Handle inbound queries from brokers on the platform
• Coordinate with the operations team to flag discrepancies or updates
• Maintain call logs and daily reports

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable making 80–100 calls per day
• Basic computer/smartphone literacy
• Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
