Telecalling Executive

• Roles & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and update data in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings.
• Achieve daily calling targets and maintain call quality standards.

• Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati will be an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
