Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Explain products, services, offers, and company information.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Maintain customer details and call records in Excel or CRM software.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
  • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
