We're Hiring: Telecaller

We're looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, building strong relationships, and taking orders for our food product range.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate sales and take orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships over the phone
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable food products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat orders

Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory — if you are not comfortable speaking English, please do not apply
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong grasping power
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Must be available to work UK hours from our Ahmedabad office

• Prior experience or skill in selling products will be considered a strong plus
