Telecaller (B2B Sales) – Job Summary

Handle inbound leads from Trade India and IndiaMART, contact potential business customers, explain product details, manage follow-ups, and convert inquiries into sales. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, updating lead records, and closing B2B sales opportunities through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Experience in telecalling or sales with good communication and convincing skills is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from leads received through Trade India and IndiaMART.
• Explain product details and company services to interested clients.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and close leads.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
