Telecaller – Job Description
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: As per Experience + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Contact and follow up with prospective students.
- Explain study abroad, visa and related services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule counselling appointments.
- Maintain and update leads in CRM/ERP.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with counsellors for lead follow-ups.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of telecalling/telesales experience.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Basic CRM and computer knowledge.
- Gujarati, Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Education/immigration industry experience preferred.
