Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to connect with prospective clients who have shown interest in website development and digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining our services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Engage with business owners and decision-makers to understand their website and digital marketing requirements.
- Explain company services including:
- Website Development
- E-commerce Website Solutions
- Facebook & Instagram Marketing
- Google Ads Campaigns
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Social Media Management
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments, online demos, and meetings with interested clients.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software.
- Follow up with leads on a regular basis to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Share proposals, presentations, and company profiles with prospects as required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Desired SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of websites, social media, and digital marketing concepts.
- Comfortable using CRM software, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.
