Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Reminders: Call existing customers to remind them of upcoming vehicle servicing and oil changes.
  • Booking Appointments: Schedule workshop visits to maintain a steady daily vehicle inflow.
  • Upselling: Inform customers about add-on services like wheel alignment, AC cleaning, and detailing packages.
  • Feedback Calls (PSF): Contact customers post-service to collect feedback and resolve grievances.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate call records in our garage CRM or tracking sheets.
