Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller (Telesales)

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers over calls. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer information and call records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
