🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Inform customers about company products, services, and offers

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Understand customer requirements and provide proper support

• Maintain customer communication and follow-ups

• Work on telecalling and voice process activities

• Use dialer systems and telephonic support tools

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only

• Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th can apply

• Freshers can apply

• No English required

• Bengali and Marathi language knowledge will be an added advantage
