About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and generating qualified leads.

The role will involve working across IT Product Sales and Real Estate Sales, depending on business requirements.

•  Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain our IT products/services to prospective clients.
• Contact prospective buyers and provide information about real estate projects/properties.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products or properties.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication.
• Schedule meetings, product demos, or property visits with interested customers.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team to convert leads into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
