Job SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our smart home automation products, including smart switches, lighting, curtain motors, gateways, sensors, and IoT solutions. The candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, support customers and dealers, coordinate with the R&D team, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support via phone, WhatsApp, email, and remote sessions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to smart home products, networking, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Matter, and mobile applications.
• Assist customers, dealers, and electricians with product installation and configuration.
• Create and maintain support tickets and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with the product development and quality teams for issue escalation.
• Test new products, firmware updates, and software releases.
• Prepare technical documentation, FAQs, and installation guides.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and technical training sessions.
• Maintain customer support records and generate service reports.
• Required SkillsDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi routers, mobile applications, and IoT devices.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Knowledge of smart home automation systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
• Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer support, or electronics troubleshooting.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
