Job Title: Sales Executive – Office Work

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Sales Executive – Office Work to support our sales operations from the office. The role involves client communication, sales follow-ups, quotation preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and explain product details.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and other internal teams.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
• Manage leads and assist in generating new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Engineering, Science, Business, or related background preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer coordination, or office coordination.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
