1 ITR Filing & Review
Review and finalize returns (individuals, firms, companies); ensure accuracy in complex cases
2 Compliance Oversight
Monitor TDS, advance tax, ITR due dates; maintain zero-miss tracker
3 Team Supervision
Assign work to executives/assistants; review output; manage peak season workload
4 Process & Quality Control
Standardize templates, checklists, documentation; reduce manual errors
