Job Description

Sales & Business GrowthAchieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Develop and execute sales strategies to increase store performance.Identify new business and growth opportunities.

Store OperationsEnsure smooth day-to-day retail operations.Monitor product availability and inventory levels.

Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience.

Team ManagementLead, train, and motivate the sales team.Monitor team performance and productivity.Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with customers.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.Reporting & AnalysisTrack sales performance and prepare reports.Analyze sales trends and market opportunities.
