We’re looking for a seasoned retail professional from the footwear industry to manage store operations, drive sales, and build a strong team culture.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations

Drive sales and achieve targets

Monitor and improve Store KPIs & KRWs

Lead and motivate a high-performing team

Ensure a customer-first environment

Maintain inventory control and operational standards

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as Store Manager

Must be from the footwear industry

Strong knowledge of retail KPIs & business metrics

Proven track record in sales and team management

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Immediate joiner preferred

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
