Job Title: Store Manager / Store In-charge (Construction & Heavy Machinery)

Job Overview

We are a leading Tower Crane Rental Company. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to handle our main warehouse/store. You will be responsible for managing all spare parts, maintenance tools, and production materials used for our tower cranes.

Key Responsibilities (Kaam Kya Karna Hoga):

Inward & Outward Management: Track all material coming into the store and going out to various sites.

• Daily Dispatch & Returns: Manage daily dispatch of crane parts to sites and properly log returned materials.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain GIN (Goods Ward Note), GRN (Goods Received Note), and delivery challans.
• Stock & Inventory Maintenance: Keep an accurate, real-time count of all items in the store to ensure no shortage of critical crane parts.
• Monthly Reconciliation: Perform monthly physical verification of stock and match it with system records.
• Requirement Planning: Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests/requirements for low-stock items before they run out.

Requirements (Candidate me kya hona chahiye):

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Store Keeper (Experience in construction, heavy machinery, or crane companies is a big plus).

• Education: Graduate / 12th (Any stream).
• Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Tally, or any Inventory Software).
• Good understanding of GRN, GIN, and stock ledger maintenance.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
