Store Executive

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site store operations and maintain proper material records.
• Receive construction materials and verify quantity, quality, challan, and Purchase Order (PO).
• Maintain Material Inward & Outward Registers accurately.
• Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams as per approved requirements.
• Maintain GRN, Material Issue Note, Delivery Challan, and Stock Registers.
• Update daily material transactions in ERP / Excel / Store Management System.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about material requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.

Submit vendor bills, challans, and supporting documents to the concerned department on time.

Ensure store cleanliness, material safety, and compliance with company procedures.

• Support internal and external stock audits.

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Time:- 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
