Job Description

  • Receives all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
  • Maintain records of goods received and issued manually as well as computer
  • Check and verify the bills with purchase order and submit to the accounts department
  • Co ordinate with departments stock update – monthly and yearly stock update, closing stock
  • Perform general store keeping and warehouse duties; maintain accurate manual and computer records; understand and carry out oral and written instructions
  • Prepare Responsible for timely delivery of material to end user
  • Co-ordinate with departments for their material requirement
