Sparepart Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of the spare parts department.

Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.

Ensure timely ordering and procurement of genuine spare parts.

Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.

Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for parts availability and supply.

Issue spare parts to the workshop accurately and on time.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of spare parts.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.

Maintain inventory records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Monitor inventory value and reduce dead stock.

Handle warranty parts as per OEM guidelines.
