Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer proficient in SolidWorks and Solid Edge to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D models, 2D engineering drawings, and product designs as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks and Solid Edge.
Prepare detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
Develop designs according to technical specifications and customer requirements.
Modify and improve existing designs as required.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
Coordinate with production, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Provide technical support to the production team for design-related issues.
Maintain design files, drawings, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and Solid Edge software.
Knowledge of 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and assembly design.
Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
