Marketing & Social Media Executive Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive who can manage the company’s digital presence and actively contribute to lead generation, client relationship building and business development.

The person will be responsible for identifying where potential business opportunities can come from, connecting with relevant companies and decision-makers, sharing the company profile, following up with prospects and supporting the management in converting opportunities into business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business and other relevant social media platforms.
• Primarily focus on LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Identify potential clients, companies, contractors, developers, consultants, architects, PMC companies and other relevant business contacts.
• Research and identify where new business/lead opportunities can come from.
• Find relevant decision-makers such as Purchase Managers, Project Managers, Civil Heads, Directors, Owners, Consultants and Business Development Heads.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls and other communication channels.
• Regularly share the company profile, project portfolio, completed work and capabilities with potential clients.
• Generate new leads through social media, online research, networking, referrals and other marketing activities.
• Maintain a proper Lead/Prospect Database with company name, contact person, designation, contact details, project details, status and follow-up date.
• Follow up with leads regularly and coordinate with management for further discussion, meetings, quotations and site visits.
• Identify upcoming construction, industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects where the company can participate.
• Monitor tender opportunities, new projects, company expansions and other potential business opportunities.
• Create and manage content for social media including project updates, site work, company achievements, completed projects, services and business activities.
• Coordinate with the management/site team to collect photos, videos and project information for marketing purposes.
• Increase company visibility and brand awareness among relevant industry professionals.
• Support management in developing new client relationships and entering new markets.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering leads generated, profiles shared, meetings, follow-ups, new contacts and business opportunities.
• Continuously explore new marketing channels and methods to generate quality business leads.
