Job Description
We are looking for an agile and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth for our smart home brand. The ideal candidate should be a builder, executor, and experimenter who can manage performance marketing, social media growth, and digital presence end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Instagram & Content Growth
- Plan and execute Instagram strategy (Reels, carousels, trends, UGC)
- Drive follower growth, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with creators and influencers
- Work on product storytelling and content shoots
Performance Marketing (Meta + Google Ads)
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Run Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Optimize campaigns for ROI (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS)
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Execute retargeting and full-funnel strategies
Google Presence & SEO
- Improve SEO rankings for key product and category keywords
- Manage Google Merchant Center & product listings
- Optimize overall Google presence and discoverability
AI-Driven Marketing
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, ad creative tools, automation tools)
- Automate workflows for content, ads, and insights
- Continuously test and adopt new AI tools to improve efficiency
Growth & Experimentation
- Run rapid experiments across channels
- Identify new acquisition opportunities
- Analyze performance data and take action quickly
- Requirements2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably D2C/e-commerce)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience in Instagram growth and content strategy
- Analytical mindset with a creative approach
- Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn quickly
- Highly agile, proactive, and execution-focused
- PreferredExperience with D2C brands or consumer tech products
- Understanding of smart home / electronics category
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
