Core Job Responsibilities

• Conducting Assessments: Analyzing client skin types, conditions, and concerns.
• Administering Treatments: Performing deep-cleansing facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and advanced procedures like hydrafacials.
• Operating Tech Equipment: Handling specialized aesthetic technology such as laser hair removal machinery.
• Providing Aftercare: Guiding clients on personalized post-treatment skincare routines and product suggestions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum requirement is typically a 12th Pass or Higher Secondary Certificate.
• Certification: A professional certificate or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or dermatology is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, excellent customer service, hygiene maintenance, and clear communication. [1, 2, 3]
