About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards across projects involving construction chemicals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site work and labour activities
• Monitor application of construction chemicals (waterproofing, flooring, repair work, coatings, etc.)
• Ensure work is executed as per quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project engineers
• Manage material availability and maintain site inventory
• Prepare daily work reports and share progress updates
• Handle site measurements and ensure adherence to timelines
• Check surface preparation and application procedures
• Resolve basic on-site technical issues
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Eligibility CriteriaDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Skills RequiredGood communication and coordination skills

• CompensationSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
