Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify Manager – Website & D2C Operations to take complete ownership of our Shopify website and direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the online store, product catalogue, website performance, app integrations, customer orders, and promotional campaigns while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the Shopify store, including products, collections, pages, navigation, and content.
• Upload and update products with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, variants, tags, and SEO metadata.
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date product catalogue.
• Set up, configure, and manage Shopify apps for reviews, loyalty programs, upselling, email marketing, live chat, shipping, and returns.
• Handle third-party integrations, including payment gateways, logistics partners, CRM tools, and WhatsApp solutions.
• Monitor website performance using Shopify Analytics and prepare reports on traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, and average order value (AOV).
• Create and manage discount codes, bundles, gift cards, and promotional campaigns.
• Process customer orders, refunds, cancellations, and backend support activities.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to implement website banners, landing pages, and promotional creatives.
• Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, navigation, and checkout experience.
• Manage inventory synchronization between Shopify and warehouse or other sales channels.
• Ensure website content and product information remain accurate and aligned with brand standards.

• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, products, collections, themes, apps, orders, and analytics.
• Experience with Shopify app installation and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of Shopify themes and basic Shopify Liquid customization.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO for product and collection pages.
• Ability to analyze website performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Good written English for product descriptions and website content.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Good to HaveExperience with Shopify Plus.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing platforms such as Interakt or Wati.
• Experience integrating Shopify with Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of D2C marketing and customer retention strategies.
